Homemade cheese is a must for dishes cooked during Masnytsia. At the next meeting of Ukrainian Cultural Club our member Olha Varchuk will demonstrate how to make traditional Ukrainian cheese and how you can use it in a variety of dishes. We will also talk about the Masnytsia holiday and its meaning in Ukraine’s history.
